The new MPM3612 from MPS is a synchronous, rectified, step down, switch-mode power module with built-in internal power MOSFETs and high light-load efficiency. The switching edge of MPM3612 is optimised for EMI reduction. Constant-on-time (COT) control enables seamless mode transition and fast load transient response. Protection features include over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown.
The MPM3612 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components and is available in a space-saving LGA (3x3x2mm) package.
