Hybrid-Supercaps in Smaller Size
The portfolio of EATON’s hybrid supercaps has been extended by new capacitance values in smaller size to be able to realize even more space saving.
They offer a miniaturization of your device due to their up to 10 times higher energy density compared to traditional EDLCs, which is closer to those of batteries now.
DOWNLOAD DATASHEETThis results in longer backup times in compact dimensions. In comparison with Li-Ion batteries, those products provide a longer lifetime, significantly higher load cycles and a wider temperature range. It´s a safe product and there are no storage or shipping restrictions.
HS/HSL series can be utilized as sole energy storage or alongside batteries to optimize system cost, lifetime and runtime. The high voltage single cell (3.8V) matches better to battery voltages and might require fewer cells in serial connection in case of higher system voltages.
What´s New?
The 150F version fits perfectly in an AA battery space while providing a very high capacitance compared to standard EDLCs.
