GOODSKY Relay: New High-Tech Production Line
Greatly Reduced Size Yet High Performance
GOODSKY sets a new global standard in the 10A and 16A class with greatly reduced size yet high performance. Long service life even at ambient temperatures of up to 105°C, reflow versions in tape & reel packaging, EX-Proof versions for use in potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with IEC60079-15 (IECEx) and IEC60335-1 GWT approval are just some of many features.
4 Million Units per Month
GOODSKY is also investing in capacity and performance. The new, ultra-modern and fully automated GQ production line was built in the 27,000m² new relay factory in Taiwan, increasing GQ's total capacity to 4 million units per month.
To ensure these parameters, for example, the contact alignment is 100% monitored in production with camera systems and the tightness of the relays is ensured in a vacuum chamber with differential pressure measurement.
